Patient:
41 year old female.
Case Background:
The patient had a history of periodontal disease affecting mainly the upper jaw and had previously had numerous teeth extracted due to bone loss.
Procedure:
It was decided that the remaining teeth in the top jaw should be extracted and a fixed bridge be placed. The remaining natural teeth were removed and the new fixed bridge placed on dental implants. In this case 7 dental implants were used.
