Patient:
67 year old male.
Case Background:
Patient had an old failing upper bridge and missing teeth on the lower jaw.
Procedure:
The upper bridge was removed and what teeth could be saved were recrowned. 5 implants were added (3 on top and 2 on the lower) to give him the ability to chew food.
