Patient:
45 year old male.
Case Background:
Patient presented with right hand side central incisor that was unrestorable.
Procedure:
The root was removed and a dental implant placed. A temporary tooth was fixed to his adjoining teeth during the period up until the dental implant had successfully integrated.
